The breath is very generous and can bring you Into deeper knowing.

Breathwork is a powerful active pranayama (prana is translated from sanskrit to energy, yama is translated as expansion, it is also simply known as breath control). extremely effective for connecting to your emotions, tapping into your creativity, cultivating intuition and feeling into the heart.

This technique is used to safely release buried emotional energy and build a connection to the self, bringing clarity of mind and connecting you to your body.
